Texas Health HEB is proud to offer comprehensive neuroscience services including non-surgical treatments of the back and spine with pain management and therapies to advanced surgical care.
Our Obstetric Emergency Department (OBED) provides support and care to maternity patients 18 weeks and greater in gestation. Staffed by board-certified OB/GYN physicians, the OBED assesses, treats, and discharges obstetrical patients, improving patient care and safety.
The hospital is a Level III Trauma Unit and certified by The Joint Commission for Chest Pain and as a Primary Stroke Center. Texas Health HEB earned two Quality Achievement Awards from the American Heart Association for our continued success in using the Mission: Lifeline program for applying the most up-to-date evidence-based treatment guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes. The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses awarded the Progressive Care Unit and Cardiac Step-Down Unit with the Silver Beacon Award for Excellence which honors units who distinguish themselves through continual improvement over all aspects of patient care.
