Development Highlights in Euless

Development activity during the 4th quarter of 2021 continued at a steady pace.

During the quarter, a total of 23 certificates of occupancy were issued for new businesses in Euless. The total certificate of occupancies for new businesses in 2021 was 121. New businesses opening during the quarter include Tommy’s Car Wash on E. Euless Boulevard, Navy Federal Credit Union in Glade Parks, Popeye’s Chicken on W. Airport Freeway, and Frost Bank on W. Euless Boulevard.

New developments that are in various stages of construction include Urban Logistics (S. Industrial), Nepali Cultural Center (Royal Parkway), Westpark Professional Center (Westpark Court), Circle K/Golden Chick redevelopment (S. Industrial), Service Master facility expansion (W. Euless), Shreeya Retail Development (Glade Road and Highway 360), Valvoline (Glade Parks), Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux (Glade Parks), Mid Cities Psychiatry (Westpark Way), and MCS Child Care (Hospital Parkway). In addition, construction plans for a new 4-tenant retail/commercial building located in Glade Parks are currently under review.

Founders Parc (S. Industrial), Lonestar Estates (Westpark Way), and Ashlyn Estates (Ash Lane) remain Euless’ most active residential subdivisions with a combined 27 starts during the 4th quarter. Three smaller subdivisions are expected to begin construction in early 2022. These developments will add another 40 single-family homes.
